OREANDA-NEWS The White House is worried about the upcoming midterm elections to the US Congress, which will be held on November 3. This is reported by The New York Times (NYT), citing sources.

"There is confusion and anxiety in the White House ahead of the midterm elections. The US president, who is narrowing his inner circle, attacks opponents, holds incoherent rallies and feeds on news stories and "AI garbage," as one of his assistants put it," the newspaper reports.

According to sources, some political advisers and outside Republican groups warned the aides of the American leader that holding rallies in key states where the possible results of the election race are ambiguous could do more harm than good.
