OREANDA-NEWS  World leaders allegedly advised Kiev to remain silent after the annexation of Crimea to Russia in 2014. This was stated by the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky in Telegram.

According to him, foreign politicians at that time "were not interested in rallies" in Ukraine.

Earlier, Vladimir Zelensky, in an interview with reporters, confirmed the statement of his American counterpart Donald Trump that at the first meeting with Russian leader Vladimir Putin he expressed a desire to return Crimea. However, he acknowledged that such a development was impossible.

The Kremlin reacted to the statements of the Ukrainian leader. Yuri Ushakov, assistant to the Russian president for international Affairs, said that Zelensky would not be able to return Crimea with a million percent probability.
