OREANDA-NEWS  The Moscow Arbitration Court found Sberbank's claim of about 13 million rubles to Elena Blinovskaya in the bankruptcy case to be justified and included this amount in the register of creditors' claims of the well-known blogger, RIA Novosti correspondent reports from the courtroom.

As explained by a representative of Sberbank, the requirement stems from two loans that the bank issued in the spring of 2023 to Dog Octopus LLC, which owned a fast food restaurant in Krasnoyarsk and belonged to Natalia Blinovskaya, the sister of Elena Blinovskaya's husband. The loans were not repaid. Natalia was the guarantor for the loan, and Sberbank considers Elena to be the beneficiary of the transactions.

The court had previously involved Natalia Blinovskaya, who was also declared bankrupt in Yaroslavl, and her financial manager in the case as a third party.
