OREANDA-NEWS The Swiss scientists working in the higher polytechnic school of Zurich, relying on data of supervision of experts of NASA, came to the conclusion that global warming can be slowed down in a rather simple way

To do this, it is needed to grow forests on the site of felled ones. This will allow by the end of the century to reduce the carbon dioxide content in the atmosphere by about 25%.

Research data show that the rate of reduction of forest area in recent years has increased by 62%, and this leads to an increase in carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and a negative impact on the Earth’s ecosystem.
