OREANDA-NEWS  Russian Railways tested a robot conductor Volodya on the Sapsan train, he met passengers on boarding, checked documents and tickets and helped to find a place, the company said.

"Steel character, iron bearing and artificial intelligence. Meet Volodya, the world's first robot conductor of the Sapsan high-speed train," the message says.

Today, he made a test trip on train No. 768 and handled his duties well.
