The launch dates of the Russian Luna-31 are planned

OREANDA-NEWS The Luna-31 mission is scheduled to be launched in 2031, according to a presentation by Lev Zeleny, scientific director of the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS). This is reported by TASS.
The presentation indicates that the launch of Luna-30 with a heavy rover to study the composition of matter along the spacecraft's route near the pole is scheduled for 2030. "Luna-31, 2035: a landing vehicle: exploring unique areas. Luna-31, 2036: lander: astronomy, resources, biology," the presentation says.
In October, the agency, citing Konstantin Raikunov, head of the Space Systems for Fundamental and Applied Research Department at the Central Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering, reported that Russia would deliver and deploy the first elements of the International Scientific Lunar Station (ISS) to the Moon during two missions scheduled to be conducted in 2033 and 2034.
In the same month, Academician Anatoly Petrukovich, director of the IKI RAS, said that the design of the Russian missions Venera-D and Luna-28 would begin in 2026.
