OREANDA-NEWS The MAKS International Aerospace Salon in 2026 has been canceled. This is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the relevant decree of the Russian government.

The event was excluded from the list of international exhibitions of military products held on the territory of the Russian Federation in 2026.

Initially, MAKS was held every two years in Zhukovsky near Moscow. The last time the airshow took place was in July 2021, and since then it has been constantly postponed.
