OREANDA-NEWS. March 23, 2011. the Consortium for improvement of the management education in Ukraine (CEUME) organized the first Forum of practical marketing knowledge in the framework of the B2S (business to students) project with the support of the leading Ukrainian and international companies.

 The second consecutive year Oranta supports the initiatives of the Consortium aimed at developing the capacity of the Ukrainian universities and supporting the students in marketing and communications. This year the Company became a member of the expert panel of the Forum. Also, a representative of Oranta became a member of the jury All-Ukrainian competition of the students' marketing plans, to be held in the spring of 2011 which was preceded by the Forum.

During the event, the Head of Corporate Communications of Oranta, Ms. Alexandra Afanasyeva, moderated the session "The Marketing Workshop”, the aim of which was to combine the theory of marketing to today's business needs. During the session, the Forum participants - students and teachers of the Ukrainian universities had the opportunity to talk on current topics with the Ukrainian marketing experts.

In general, the Forum was divided into three main thematic blocks, which gave an opportunity to facilitate more effective communication between the business, students and their supervisors. In the first block the success stories of development and launch of the new products and brands, and ways to effective planning of the marketing campaigns were presented. The second section dealt with the individual issues of the marketing practice. The final part of the Forum was devoted to the unification of the academic theories with the real business needs - the issues related to the rationalization of the educational process in universities and reduction of the training courses in accordance with the requirements of today's business graduates.

At the end of the event Oranta has been solemnly presented the Gratitude for its assistance in conducting the Forum.
