OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of Directors of MDM Bank made a decision to appoint Artyom Kirillov, the Vice-President and Head of Asset Restructuring, and Svetlana Kiseleva, the Vice-President and Chief Risk Officer, as Management Board Members. The election of the top managers to the Management Board had been approved by the Central Bank of Russia.

Artyom Kirillov, Vice-President, Head of Asset Restructuring

Mr. Kirillov began his career in the consulting field, holding a Senior Audit Consultant position at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and a Senior Associate position at the Boston Consulting Group. In both companies he worked on developing financial, strategic and operational plans for major domestic and international companies from various industries.

Over the last five years he has held a number of key management positions at MDM Bank drawing on his strategic and analytical background. In particular, Mr. Kirillov headed the Bank’s department responsible for strategic planning and industrial analysis and more recently has acted as Deputy Chief Financial Officer before moving to his current position as Head of Asset Restructuring.

Mr. Kirillov is a Certified Chartered Accountant and graduated from St. Petersburg State University, Faculty of Economics with a specialization in International Marketing.

Svetlana Kiseleva, Vice President and Chief Risk Officer

Ms. Kiseleva has over 20 years of extensive management experience in the financial services sector, specializing in the areas of analytics, risk management and audit.

She started her career at UniCredit Bank (formerly International Moscow Bank) in 1992, where she rose to become deputy head of risk management and was also responsible for internal audit. UniCredit Bank is part of the USD 61.8 billion Unicredit Group and is the largest international bank in Russia. Prior to joining MDM Bank, Ms. Kiseleva was Head of Risk Management at Sberbank (RTS: SBER), responsible for establishing and managing risk management procedures and policies across all the Bank’s business lines. Sberbank is Russia’s largest bank with USD 388 billion in assets.

Ms. Kiseleva graduated in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
