On Wednesday, following the results of Russian-Chinese consultations on strategic stability at a joint press conference with his colleague Sergey Ryabkov, Deputy Foreign Minister of China Ma Zhaosuy said.

"They come out of a number of agreements and pursue a unilateral policy, increasing competition between large countries, and also publicly call China and Russia the main strategic competitors, exerting pressure on China and the Russian Federation with all their might", he said. "These actions not only undermine the post-war international arms control system, but also cause serious damage to global strategic stability", the deputy head of the department emphasized.
