OREANDA-NEWS  President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that the states responsible for the genocide of the Belarusian people during the Great Patriotic War should be "charged.

" "We have already revealed so many facts that it is difficult to find something additional. But in the end, we have to give them (those responsible for the genocide during the war – ed.) a bill. They will pay, they won't pay, but they should know what they owe us," Lukashenko said, appointing Dmitry Gore as the new prosecutor general. The president's words are quoted by the Belta news agency.

"And not what we calculated in dollars today, when the dollar is depreciating at a furious pace... No one needs it today... Well, you definitely won't need it tomorrow. They should understand that they have destroyed the republic," Lukashenko said.

The Head of State noted that the prosecutor's office is very seriously engaged in investigating the facts of the genocide of the Belarusian people.

"Therefore, here we need to wrap up and properly show all these crimes of the Nazis. This is relevant today, very relevant. We guessed right. Against the background of the policy pursued by the West. First of all, the European states," the Belarusian president added.
