OREANDA-NEWS  Tefal, a well-known French manufacturer of household appliances and tableware, has filed lawsuits with the Moscow Arbitration Court asking for 2 million rubles each from designer Artemy Lebedev and actor Vyacheslav Manucharov, according to materials available to RIA Novosti.

The lawsuit against Manucharov went to court in April. In it, the plaintiff asks to recover from the defendant 1 million rubles of compensation for the illegal use of two of his Tefal trademarks – Russian and international, as well as compensation for damage to business reputation in the same amount. The third party involved in the proceedings is St. Petersburg JSC Neva Metal Tableware.

Tefal also filed a lawsuit against Lebedev in April, and Neva Metal Tableware JSC is also indicated in it by a third party. The circumstances of the dispute have not yet been given in more detail. The consideration of cases on the merits continues.
