OREANDA-NEWS  The median salary offered to remote workers in Russia has almost doubled in 5 years and amounted to 82.3 thousand rubles in 2026, according to the results of the vacancy analysis. hh.ru , which are available to RIA Novosti.

"Salary offers for remote workers have increased significantly. If in 2021 the median proposed salary at udalenka was 46,133 rubles, then by the beginning of 2026 it had increased by 78% and reached 82,300 rubles," the analysis says.

It is specified that in the first quarter of 2026, 88.4 thousand vacancies with a remote format were opened, which is 77% more than five years ago. The highest salaries are offered to real estate agents (325.3 thousand rubles) and heads of development teams (300 thousand rubles).

In addition, the leaders included DevOps engineers and data scientists (250 thousand rubles each), system analysts and construction project managers (200 thousand rubles each).
According to the results of the analysis, the top 10 highly paid remote vacancies included the head of the sales department (186.6 thousand rubles), the programmer-developer (176.7 thousand rubles), the head of marketing and advertising (175 thousand rubles) and the chief engineer of the project (162.5 thousand rubles).
