OREANDA-NEWS  The Abrau-Durso Group of Companies has completed the construction of the first own nursery for the production of grape seedlings in the Krasnodar Territory. Boris Titov, the owner of Abrau-Durso Group of Companies, told reporters about this on Friday at the site of the "First Wine Tourism Forum: Successful Practices and Trends" in the Krasnodar Territory.

"I can say that yes, he is ready. It is currently working in technical testing mode. All works on technical equipment and construction have been completed. And there are even specific seedlings that we have already tested," Titov said, answering a question about the construction of the first own nursery.

According to the company's press service, its capacity will be 2.5 million vaccinations per year.

Krasnodar Krai is one of the main wine-growing regions in Russia. Earlier it was reported that the production of grape seedlings in 2022 increased by 13% compared to last year and amounted to 3.9 million pieces. 42% of all Russian wine is produced in the Krasnodar Territory.
