OREANDA-NEWS Most working Russians are familiar with the term "professional burnout". Almost every second (45%) has encountered it in practice, the NAFI study showed. 42% of respondents cite constant stress at work as the main reason for professional burnout. The lack of career growth and professional development is mentioned much less often (18%). Russians consider a long vacation to be the most popular measure to combat burnout. Employers are mainly expected to create a positive atmosphere in the team and financial incentives.

According to NAFI experts, more than 13 million people are experiencing professional burnout at the moment. Among them, most often there are men aged 35-44 years, citizens without higher education, employed in the field of public administration, finance, education, working at the current place of work for 7-10 years, qualified specialists with low income.
