OREANDA-NEWS Police officers of the Ayagoz district department in the north-east of Kazakhstan returned lost children to a married couple from Russia, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the republic reports.

"The children got out of the car with their grandmother to play a little in the courtyard of an apartment building while their parents stopped for tire repair. But soon the woman lost sight of them. The parents immediately called 102. Patrol officers and precinct officers of the Ayagoz district police department quickly arrived at the scene and began searching. The children were found safe and sound in one of the neighboring courtyards and handed over to worried parents," the agency said in a statement posted on its Telegram channel.

It is noted that tourists from Russia thanked the police for their professionalism and caring attitude.
