According to data from the Moscow Stock Exchange, the market is losing 1%.

The ruble index on the Moscow Exchange has decreased by 1%, reaching 3175.57 points at 17:37 Moscow time. Earlier in the day, it had reached a maximum of 3249 points.

Trump stated that he is considering strengthening sanctions against Russia until a resolution is reached in the conflict in Ukraine. He based this decision on the fact that Russia is "totally destroying" Ukraine on the battlefield.
