OREANDA-NEWS  Today, it is safe to say that the Russian army is the most combat-ready in the world, said Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov.

"Today we can say with confidence that the Russian army is the most combat-ready in the world," Belousov said in his New Year's greetings.
