OREANDA-NEWS The Russian Export Center discussed with representatives of South Ossetia the prospects for expanding trade and economic cooperation within the framework of Prodexpo-2026, the REC said in a statement.

"Representatives of the Russian Export Center (REC, VEB Group.Russian Federation) visited the stand of the Republic of South Ossetia (RSO) at the international exhibition Prodexpo-2026. During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for expanding trade and economic cooperation, as well as the implementation of joint export and investment initiatives," the statement said.

Special attention was paid to a new project to create a wine-growing complex in South Ossetia. The project parameters are currently being worked out with the possible involvement of REC support tools. We are talking about the credit and insurance products of the companies of the REC group (Exiar, Roseximbank), as well as assistance in promoting products to foreign markets, consulting and organizational support.
