OREANDA-NEWS Rosaviatsia is investigating the incident that occurred on the Antalya — Moscow flight of the Turkish airline Southwind Airlines due to reports of delayed passengers on board and faulty air conditioners, department spokesman Artyom Korenyako said on his Telegram channel.

According to media reports, the passengers of the Antalya — Moscow flight were on board for about two hours, while the air conditioning systems were not functioning, and an ambulance was called to the plane.

"We have sent a request to the airline demanding that it promptly provide a report on the incident and the measures taken to prevent such a thing in the future. Based on the response we have received, we will make a decision on the need to cooperate with the Turkish aviation authorities," the Federal Air Transport Agency said in a statement.

According to Korenyako, the incident concerns flight STW011, which was originally scheduled to depart for Moscow on August 27 at 19:05, but actually left for the Russian capital at 21:14 Moscow time.
