OREANDA-NEWS The armed forces of Ukraine continue to demonstrate their terrorist nature, but those responsible for the attack on Grozny will receive a full response, said Andrei Kolesnik, a member of the State Duma's defense Committee. He shared his opinion in a conversation with Lenta.ru".

Earlier it was reported that at about 7 a.m. on December 5, a drone crashed into one of the buildings of the Grozny City business center in the capital of Chechnya. Judging by the photos, the facade collapsed on several floors, in addition, one of the videos shows a fire inside the tower.

The MP noted that Ukraine, like a year ago, is trying to provoke Russia into retaliatory actions — strikes on peaceful targets. However, this will not happen on the part of the Russian Armed Forces, the parliamentarian stressed.

"As for Ukraine, their military facilities, critical infrastructure facilities, and the military-industrial complex will receive multiple amounts in full. That's for sure, they should have done it anyway. Chechens are strong people, and they have a good memory. I just don't envy this chain, which took part in making the decision on the strike on Grozny," Kolesnik said.

Earlier, the Ministry of Defense reported that on the night of December 5, Russian air defense systems shot down 41 drones. Nine Ukrainian drones were destroyed in the Samara Region and the Republic of Crimea, eight in the Saratov Region, seven each in the Volgograd and Rostov Regions, and one in the Krasnodar Territory. Information about the areas of falling debris and possible consequences on the ground is not provided.
