OREANDA-NEWS  Russia remains Armenia's strategic partner, and this is in the interests of Armenia and its citizens. This was stated by the head of the Union of Armenians of Russia Ara Abrahamyan in an interview with RIA Novosti.

"It will be the right thing to do, it is in the name of the interests of the Armenians, the Armenian state," he stressed.

In addition, Abrahamyan clarified that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is not acting in the interests of the country.

Earlier, the Union of Armenians of Russia appealed to Prime Minister Pashinyan to resign.

Earlier, State Duma deputy Andrei Kartapolov commented on Nikol Pashinyan's words about leaving the CSTO. The parliamentarian recalled that, in addition to Pashinyan, there are people in the country, as well as a legislative body.
