OREANDA-NEWS  The court fined the Wikimedia Foundation 6 million rubles for non-compliance with the requirements of Roskomnadzor, according to the Telegram channel of the Courts of General Jurisdiction of Moscow.

"A court in the capital has brought Wikimedia Foundation Inc. (Wikimedia Foundation, Inc.) to administrative responsibility. By the decision of the justice of the peace of the judicial district No. 422 of the Tagansky district of Moscow, Wikimedia Foundation Inc. (Wikimedia Foundation, Inc.) was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 2 of Article 13.49 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, and an administrative penalty was imposed in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 6 million rubles," the message says.
