The United States on Wednesday expanded the sanctions list for Belarus, adding several organizations to it, including the Minsk Civil Aviation Plant and the Belavia air carrier, the US Treasury said in a document.

The Russian Embassy in Cyprus will soon begin providing consular services in the northern part of the island. This was reported to the TASS correspondent by a representative of the embassy.
