OREANDA-NEWS President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko gave a positive assessment of the development of cooperation with Russia by the end of 2025.
"This is our main focus," the president said at a meeting with Belarusian Ambassador to Russia Alexander Rogozhnik.
The words of the head of state are quoted by the state agency BelTA.
Lukashenko noted that despite the growth of trade, the planned plan has not been fully implemented.
"It seems that, in general, we are providing an increase there. And considering, frankly, how things are going in Belarus and Russia, 102.5% - under 103% - seems to be a good thing. But we had a 105% plan. We see problems. We have a decline in industry," Lukashenko said.
