OREANDA-NEWS  The Bank of Russia has published the dollar, euro and yuan exchange rates for Saturday, July 5. The information is posted on the regulator's website.

The dollar rose to 78.8354 rubles. As of July 4, its value was 78.7831 rubles. As for the euro, the exchange rate dropped slightly: from 93.1277 rubles on July 4 to 93.0103 rubles on July 5.

In addition, the yuan rose slightly from 10.9852 to 10.9947 rubles.

Earlier, a forecast appeared according to which the federal budget deficit could reach five trillion rubles. This will happen if the ruble does not weaken.

In addition, there is an opinion that the exchange rate of the Russian currency may collapse if 500% duties on products of those countries that trade with Russia come into force.

Economist Peter Shcherbachenko considers it unlikely that the dollar exchange rate will rise above 83 rubles in July. He believes that the "American" will fluctuate between 77-83 rubles.
