OREANDA-NEWS Russia "does not play games" with the United States, and the American side does the same. With these words, American President Donald Trump commented on the information about the test of the Burevestnik missile in Russia during a press conference broadcast by the White House.

"They don't play games with us, and we don't play with them either. We are constantly conducting missile tests, but as I said, we have a nuclear submarine — we don't need to fire at such distances," the head of state said on board the plane.

Trump stressed that the American nuclear submarine forces are "the best in the world."

Earlier, Kirill Dmitriev, the head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund and special envoy to the Russian President, said that information about the tests of the Burevestnik cruise missile had been directly conveyed to the administration of US President Trump. He also clarified that the American side had been informed of the information that Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov discussed at the last meeting.
