OREANDA-NEWS  A third of Russians are no longer happy with their work. This is how the experts of the online recruiting platform estimated the proportion of Russians who were tired of work. hh.ru.

According to the survey, one in three job seekers regularly feels tired of their work: 15 percent think about it all the time, and another 18 percent often. One third of the respondents (31 percent) feel dissatisfied with their job sometimes, 23 percent rarely, and only eight percent say they have never experienced it.

Young people complain most often about fatigue from work, about 40 percent of job seekers aged 25-34 admitted that fatigue from work visits them often or constantly. There are 34 percent of older Russians (35-44 years old), and 28 percent of applicants aged 45-54. The lowest level of work fatigue is among citizens over the age of 55. Only 16 percent of this age group report regular fatigue, while 17 percent say they do not experience it at all.

Women feel tired from work more often — 38 percent encounter it often or constantly, while among men this figure is 27 percent. There are 10 percent of men who never get tired of work, and six percent of women.,

Lawyers (54 percent), marketers, administrators, and financiers (41 percent each) are more likely to experience burnout problems. The most stable — representatives of working professions, security guards, and employees of the tourism and catering industries — complained of fatigue less than 24 percent of the respondents.

"The feeling of burnout or fatigue from work is a signal that should not be ignored. If such thoughts become regular, it is important to ask yourself the question: what is the reason — overload, loss of interest, lack of development? Changing jobs is not always the solution, but it is often the first step towards a more sustainable and informed career," explained the Director of Research. hh.ru Maria Ignatova.

According to a survey conducted by Ventra HR holding, more than half (almost 53 percent) of Russians surveyed admitted that they think about quitting once a year or less. A total of more than 1,400 Russians participated in the study, ranging from junior specialists to top management. As a result, it turned out that ordinary employees think about leaving their jobs more often than managers.
