Tele2 launches LTE in Kaliningrad, Kostroma and Tomsk

Moscow – Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, has commissioned the LTE networks in the Kaliningrad, Kostroma and Tomsk regions. High-speed wireless Internet in 4G standard is already available in 47 constituent territories of Russia.
