The head of the German government made this statement after the current CDU Chairwoman, Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer, announced the decision to resign from her post.

“The purpose of the Activity is to foster vested ownership among young people in Ukraine’s democratic, European future,” the USAID document says.

The suspects are charged with propaganda of extremist ideology, “undermining the foundations of Islam.”
