“The Armenian Armed Forces reserve the right to strike at any military facility in Azerbaijan,” the Defense Ministry’s statement says.

“Since Russia is on the side of Armenia, and we, Turkey, support Azerbaijan, let’s four of us meet to discuss the solution of these problems,” Ibrahim Kalin said.
