SSE has been awarded the Fair Tax Mark for the fourth year in a row – cementing its long term commitment to play fair by tax. It remains the only FTSE100 company to have been accredited by the Fair Tax Mark.

In January-August, the company’s specialists performed 26 thousand grid connection contracts. The total connected capacity under the executed contracts was 535 MW.

Statoil’s board of directors and chief executive Eldar Sætre have agreed that Sætre will continue as CEO after he turns 62 in February 2018. Eldar Sætre will thus not use his contractual right to retire at the age of 62.
