Finland will resume accepting applications for visas and other entry documents in Russia from Friday, which was interrupted at the end of July, the Finnish Foreign Ministry reports.

Germany, which will reduce gas purchases from Russia, has become dependent on Russian agricultural fertilizers, according to an article in the Berliner Zeitung newspaper.
